Kara is a Group Insurance Broker for Teague. She is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent and has over 10 years of experience in the Health Insurance & Employee Benefits Industry.
Previous Experience: For the last 5 years, Kara was an Account Executive handling small and mid-market clients managing all aspects of their benefits programs. Prior to that Kara spent 3 years working on the carrier side in Underwriting. Kara attended UC Santa Barbara and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She began her career in Human Resources as a Generalist and specialized into the employee benefits field handling benefits for a large restaurant franchiser.
Kara specializes in strategic partnerships with her clients to help each company achieve their goals in setting up competitive benefits programs while maintaining cost effectiveness.
